Canceling your reservation more than 48 hours prior to 3 PM arrival will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation within 48 hours of 3 PM arrival , or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of one nights deposit including taxes. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Credit Card Required at time of Booking. A valid credit card is required to be presented upon check-in. Your room type is guaranteed, however room preferences such as room location are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
Our property is a Non-Smoking Motel and if you smoke in one of our rooms your credit card will be charged $100 so we can clean the room. No pets are allowed in our motel.
